My house is lovely to live in, it must be I have been here for over twenty years. Now the extension work is nearing an end, and my retirement is quickly coming into view, I want to sell, and move to something completely different.
The house is quite secluded, though does have one near neighbour. The views are amazing, you will never tire from them. The outbuildings are suitable for many uses and are at the moment under used. The main out building is currently rated for business use and measures around 1400 square feet (30X45) The roof of which could benefit from some repairs.
The house has been extended and once through the Oak front door there is an entrance hall with Oak stairs to the upper floor and a door to the office with one window, and a door to large lounge with three windows. Once through the lounge you enter the sunlounge facing south which also acts as a corridor to the kitchen which is a galley style and the small lounge. also the downstairs bathroom is off the sunlounge. An exterior pair of doors takes you into the garden from the sunlounge onto a tiled area.
The stairs lead upto the three double bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom all the bedrooms have two windows and the largest has a cloakroom/onsuite.
There is electricity to the property but no gas, an oil fired central heating system is installed with radiators. there are two fireplaces for open fires.
A spring is used for water and is purified using a filter and UV light.
The gardens have some flowerbeds and a couple of ponds together with a large orchard, greenhouse and trellis tunnel
