based and in Reading where our development is carried out.

property directly to their prospective purchasers without incurring the cost of
an Estate Agent.

The software used in this site to advertise land or
property for you “the seller” or to find land or property for you “the buyer”
remains the property of the Company. All text, data, charts, tables, software,
video, music, sound, graphics, illustrations, artwork, names, logos, trade
marks, service marks and other material on the website and all rights in it
belong to “Five Pound a House Limited”.

You may retrieve and display the software from the website
on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper and store such pages in
electronic form for your personal use in buying or selling land or property
only. Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted,
